What is the difference between the Potsdam conference and the Yalta conference

Postdam conference:

The issue was the argument about the details of the boundaries between the zones. There was a disagreement about the amount of reparations that Russians wanted to take. So they agreed on the thing that Russia can take what ever they want from Soviet zone, and 10 per cent of the industrial equipment of the western zones. But British and the US disagreed with this thought. 

Yalta Conference:

The conference was to split Germany into 4 zones. and for this 
Germany will pay reparations.They were planning to set government of 'national unity' to be set up in Poland, comprising both communists and non-communists.
