1) Queen bee has a longer body rather than worker bee.
2)Queen bee has longer life span rather than worker bee.
3)Only one Queen can rule at a time but bee can not rule.
4) Queen bee fed royal jelly entire lives while bee fed royal jelly first two days of their larval stage.
5) Queen develops it's reproductive organs while bee develops it's organs which help in work like wax gland,pollen basket.
