what is the difference between the syllabus of iit and medical in terms of physics and chemistry? please tell​

I have cracked jee mIn with score 170 and could not crack jee advanced. just before jee exam I solved one of those aipmt 2015 physics and chemistry section and do you know how much I scored in it, only one question went wrong in physics section and around 10 questions in chemistry. I found physics very simple even simpler than bitsat questions.

So if u will will ask me the level then aipmt or neet stands nowhere near jee mains as well.
