Space is volume, three dimensions: up/down; left/right; forward/back. Space is also that which is outside the Earth and not affected by the Earth (above the atmosphere ~ about 200 kilometers above the surface of our planet).
The Universe is everything that exists.
The Universe is all the matter and energy that was generated/released by the Big Bang.  Roughly a bubble with a radius of 13.6 billion light years.

Outer space is the part of the Universe that's outside of Earth's atmosphere.

Earth is part of the Universe, but by definition not part of outer space.
