The universe is the totality of existence. This includes planets, stars, galaxies, the contents of intergalactic space, the smallest subatomic particles and all matter and energy, the majority of which are most likely in the form of dark energy and dark matter.

The Nothing denotes things lacking importance, interest, value, relevance, or significance.Nothingness is the state of being nothing, the state of nonexistence of anything, or the property of having nothing.

Space is the boundless three-dimensional extent in which objects and events have relative position and direction. Physical space is often conceived in three lineardimensions, although modern physicistsusually consider it, with time, to be part of a boundless four-dimensional continuum known as spacetime.

The cosmos  is a complex and orderly system; the opposite of chaos. It is the universe regarded as an ordered system.

In other words, Space is just like the matrix where Universe and the Cosmos are present. Nothing is just the Space without anything.
