1) See Differently
Males have thicker retina and more rods and less cones whereas females have thinner retina and more cones and less rods.

2) Body Shape
Males have wider chests and broader shoulders whereas females have wider pelvis.

3) Sound Different
Males have protruding larynx which is their Adam's apple. They have low pitched and deep voice whereas females don't have Adam's apple as they have small larynx. They have high pitched voice.

4) Chromosomes
Males have 22 pairs of X chromosomes and one pair of XY chromosome. Females have 23 pairs of X chromosomes.

5) Different Puberty Developers
During puberty, most of the changes in body leading to reproductive maturity in males are bcos of testosterone hormone whereas in females it is the oestrogen.

6) Sex cells
males have sperms whereas females have eggs which are the sex cells or gametes which are required for reproduction.
