when u send an email to three or more than three persons at same time. if u enter a name in cc and in bcc ie blind carbon copy I. which the the reciever will know that whom it is send . and in bcc the person will be hidden without knowing to the reciever of cc he can also read email.

Cc stands for carbon copy and it means that whoever name appears after the Cc: will get a copy of the message. People who receive the mail can see who else is getting the copy of the message. The Ccheader would also appear inside the header of the received message. Bcc stands for blind carbon copy.
