Tourism  refers to the movement of an individual for recreational purposes. Travel is related to an individual's movement from one place to another due to work /  personal matters.
Tourism and travel are related to each other.
Tourists do not stay for a long time in a place.Travelers may stay there for long time depending on the situation.
