What is the difference between underemployed and disguised unemployment?

In both underemployment and disguised unemployment the worker is not working at his full potential but the difference is that in underemployment the worker is paid according to the work done like part time job whereas in disguised unemployment the worker is paid more than he or she deserves like when more than required farmers work in the same field.
