What is the difference between underemployment and disguised unemployement ?

* Disguised unemployment : Anything which has been concealed or changed is called as disguised. If the number of workers is more than the workers required at work, it is called as disguised unemployment.
* Underemployment refers to a situation in which the wage is insufficient in some important way for the worker, relative to a standard skill.
