unicellular mean having one cell like Amoeba.and multicellular mean having a group of cell more than one like human being.

Uni cellular organisms are the organisms which consists of only one cell. it is like a room which acts like every other room. in uni cellular organisms it has only one cell where it produces food, excretes and does everyother process. for example Ameoba.

multi cellular organisms are the organisms which contains of millions of cells. for example human beings
