what is the difference between virtual and real image?

Virtual images are those images in which the ray of light appear to be meeting but are actually not meeting..
It is usually obtained mirrors..
The images formed are erect..

Real images are images in which the rays of ligjt actually meet to form an image..
They are obtained on screen..
They are usually inverted..
