Voluntary actions : You yourself control these actions.
Example: Someone slaps you hard, and you slap them back or yell at them or burst into tears or shut up in a shock. These are all voluntary actions.
Involuntary actions : The brain signals control these actions.
Example: Someone slaps you hard, you turn pink/red/blue/green. This is an involuntary reaction. If this were voluntary, every person on earth would want to hide the marks on their face with all their might.
