Walking is a voluntary action where as all reflex actions are involuntary in nature. Also we may walk slow or fast and change the speed however reflex actions are insanely fast

A reflex action is an involuntary action which is a rapid and automatic response to stimuli. Walking is a voluntary action, which requires our thinking and is within our control.
