When we talk about wants, itis the personal thing or household thing that we want to own like example you want bicycle and your parents bought you a bicycle but when we talk about rights, it is a fundamental normative rules about what is allowed of people or owed to people according to some legal system like example we have right to equality., rightto religion etc
