What is the difference between water extract and original salt solution? Is there any chemical difference other than the purpose for which they're used? Please answer ASAP and thanks for the replies.

Water extract:

             The process of taking off the water, temporarily or permanently to control flood. It can also be used for drinking.

Original salt solution:

                         It is a process in which salt is dissolved in water to form a solution.  For cation identification, this solution is used. 

The chemical difference between water extract and original salt solution:Water extract contains H20 molecules only, while the Original salt solution contains salts along with water.

The distinction between the original solution and salt solution: 
Original solution or arrangement is a homogeneous blend, which is a comprised of solute and dissolvable. 
In Original solution, the solute is available as broken down salts.

While salt solution is likewise a homogeneous blend which is made by including greater amount of solute, henceforth grouping of solute is more in salt solution than in original solution
