well,weather is the present temperature,humidity,etc. present at the area in present time and climate means the overall weather condition observed over years for eg.25 years .

Weather reflects short-term conditions of the atmosphere while climate is the average daily weather for an extended period of time at a certain location. ... And climate change is certainly a “hot” topic in the news.
