Whole number starts from 0.

Whereas, natural number starts from 1

Whole number is the collection of 0 and all the natural numbers while natural numbers only have the counting numbers starting from 1. So the main difference is that the set of natural numbers do not have a 0 while the set of whole numbers has 0.
