Living Things : The objects which can move , can grow in the nature are living things .

E.g Human beings , animals ,plants

Non living Things : The objects that can not move , their growth don't takes place.

E.g Toys etc

MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIVING AND NON-LIVING ORGANISMS ARE :-

1. Living things consists of living cells which is the fundamental unit of life.

Whereas non-living things consists of non-living unit or atoms.

2. All the living organism perform various life processess like - transportation,respiration,intracullar movement,cell division,growth etc.

Non-living organism donot perform such life processes.

3. Living organism are consious perform stimuli whereas not performed by non-living organisms.

4.Living Organism can reproduce their youngone but non-living organisms cannot.

5. Living organisms feel and sense but non-living organisms cannot due to lack of nervous system.

6.Example of living organism are plants,animals,bacteria etc. and examples of non-living organisms are Table,paper ,sand etc.
