what is the difference btw सामान्य वर्तमाकाल and पुर्ण वर्तमानकाल? in hindi​

सामान्य वर्तमान काल means the type of tense in which it is being simply done and also not mentioned that the thing is over.
For example राहुल शरारत करता है।
पूर्ण वर्तमान काल means the work or the process which is completed but still it is in present tense.
For example पिताजी ने बोला।
