What is the difference btw upper limit n lower limit?

I'm a grouped frequency, the lower limit is the left side one whereas the upper limit is the right side one.
for example 10 is the lower limit i and 20 is the upper limit in 10-20

Upper limit is the highest value in a data whereas lower limit is the lowest limit in the data.
Eg., In the interval 10-20
10 is lower limit and 20 is upper limit
