What is the difference full address decoding and partial decoding in microprocessor?

When it comes to full address decoding, it is the decoding in that every available address line is used to decode for generating the unique address.

It is known as full address decoding.

On the other hand, partial decoding is a decoding in that every available address line is not used to decode that result in different addresses for the similar port.
