Red Blood Cells (RBCs) are biconcavedisc shaped , anucleated ,size is roughly 6 to 8 micron . Whereas , White Blood Cells (WBCs) are irregular in shape , nucleated and their size is 15 micron .

WBC:

They are irregular in shape, but have a nucleus and an outer buffer coat.

These cells are 12 - 17 µm in diameter - larger than neutrophils, and about 3 times the size of a red blood cell.
