What is the difference in the arrangement of neurons in cerebrum and spinal cord?

CEREBRUM:

The cerebrum has the surface with neuron containing the axon inside and cyton outside, which gives the grey appearance to brain in spinal cord.

The cerebrum occupies the largest portion in human brain with cerebral cortex.

SPINAL CORD:

Spinal cord has axon out side and cyton inside giving the white like appearance.

The spinal cord has long, thin tubular structure forming the medulla oblongata.

It encloses the 'central canal' of the spinal cord containing the cerebrospinal fluid.

ANSWER

The exterior surface of the brain is composed of many millions of neuron bodies and the interior surface is made up of myelinated axons and incase of spinal cord it is reverse ie., the exterior surface of the spinal cord is composed of myelinated axons and the interior surface is composed of neuron bodies.
