schools, colleges, universities are educational institutions (thus, education is their main motive). what makes these institutions differ from the other organizations is their motive, aim, goal, objective or purpose of establishment.example, most schools are government controls, thus educations are given free. they are govern by a social contract within their neighbouring society.colleges and universities have an upper level intentions and expectations. they have different scopes and parameters of learning. if schools are for the kids and young, then colleges are for the grown up teens, and universities are for the higher tertiary level of learning. many colleges and universities are own by private sectors, thus part of their motive are profits for sustainability.other organizations called the NGOs call for different motives and actions. they have different social agendas. some NGOs have mixed agendas other than social, ie. political reasoning, environmental awareness.etc.

Answer:

In my experience there are two thing that truly define the difference first the workers are held responsible for other people conduct which have no consequences on the scholars at all( i.e. responsibility tests that don't harm or help the scholars in any way ”. The second is that all problems in the association can be answered by further plutocrat and not by policy change. Odd in a place that give out knowledge for free or at least on the burden of the society to give it to the children free no may parents see it as a real occasion. maybe because no matter what issues feel to arise the real answer is further backing and advanced pay so I see an impenetrable road that go in contrary directions for as long as it can sustain itself.
