 Given \: (-2x^{3}y^{2} + 4x^{2}y^{3}-3xy^{4} )- (6x^{4}y-5x^{2}y^{3}-y^{5})

 = -2x^{3}y^{2} + 4x^{2}y^{3}-3xy^{4} - 6x^{4}y+5x^{2}y^{3}+y^{5}

 =-6x^{4}y -2x^{3}y^{2} + 4x^{2}y^{3}+5x^{2}y^{3}-3xy^{4} + y^{5}

 = -6x^{4}y -2x^{3}y^{2} + 9x^{2}y^{3}-3xy^{4} + y^{5}
