The major differences between the constitution drafting process in India and Nepal are as follows:

1) Nepalese constitution proclaims the country to be unitary constitutional and the constitution of Nepal has been shaky and changing every now & then.  

2) On the other hand, according to the Indian constitution; India is a federal country and her constitution is quite intact though it has been revised and amended certain times.
