Answer:

Copy-paste means you are making a duplicate of the thing you are copying and pasting it. It means, whatever you copied and pasted will be found in its original place as well as the place where you pasted it.

Cut-paste means moving the thing you cut to another place. Doing this wont create a duplicate. Whenever you cut and paste something, it wont be found in the old place. It will only be found in the place you pasted it.
