Answer:
Displacement reaction is a chemical reaction in which one element is replaced by another in a compound.
AB + C → AC + B
Double Displacement is when two atoms switch their places in a chemical reaction.
AB + CD → AD + BC
Examples:
2NaCl + CaSO → NaSO+ CaCl
In this double displacement reaction, Cl and SO for this reaction.
CuSO + Zn → ZnSO + Cu
In this displacement reaction, Zn displaces Cu (This happens becoz of the reactivity series)
Ps. Sorry this answer took so long, I had to gather materials as I typed since I am not a topper either. Hope this helps.
