What is the different between nij and Ryot System ​

I think nij have their own land and cultivate crops on their own and hire laboures but ryots don't have their own land, they work on another one's land and work by taking loans from zamindar and get salaries.....

In NIJ cultivation planter directly employ hired labour to produce indigo while in ryot system, planter force the ryot to sign an agreement to produce indigo. ... Under ryot system planter give loan to ryot to produce indigo, this is not applied in case of NIJ cultivation.
