Answer:  Physical change is not a change in identity and can not be reversed.  The physical change includes shape.  Reversible change can be reversed. A reversible change is a chemical change where no new materials are made, and the original material can be brought back.  Think of chocolate.  If you melt it then it is a liquid but you can return it to its first state by letting it cool.
