Kingdom Plantae consists of organisms that are autotrophic (some are heterotrophic) that do show movement but no locomotion, have chloroplasts and are prokaryotic organisms.
Eg: Spirogyra, Algae, Dodder, Mango Tree, etc.
Kingdom Animalia consists of organisms that are all heterotrophic, do not have chloroplasts, show movement and locomotion, and are eukaryotic in nature.
Eg: Amoeba, Cat, Rat, Human, etc.
