What is the different between solution suspension

The solution is the homogeneous mixture of solute and solvent having same composition throughout the solution.

But

In suspension solute particles are not throughly mixed with solvent having different composition at different places.

Eg of solution- salt and water, sugar and water, etc.

Eg of suspension- sand in water, chalk powder in water, etc.

Hope you understand it...

Answer:

Solution and Solution

Explanation:

1) Solution is homogeneous mixture.

1) Suspension is heterogeneous mixture.

2) Particles of solution do not scatter a beam of light.

2) Particles of suspension scatter a beam of light.

3) Particles visibility is low in solution.

3) Particles visibility is very high in suspension.

4) Particles are very small in solution.

4) Particles take very immense form in suspension.

5) Solution stability is very sans peril.

5) Suspension stability is impecunious.

6) Particles of solution cannot be seperated.

6) Particles of suspension are easily seperated.

7) The Particles of solution are seperated by the process of

distillation.

7) The Particles of suspension can be easily seperated by the process of filtration.

8) The solute particles easily mix with the solvent in solution .

8) The solute particles do not easily mix with the solvent in suspension.

9) Particles do not settle down even if the solution is remained undisturbed.

9) Particles settle down when the suspension is remained undisturbed.

10) Solution examples :- 1) Mixing of salt and sugar with water 2) Lemonade 3) Soda water 4) Tea (without tea leaves) , etc.

10) Suspension examples :- 1) mixing of chalk in water , etc.
