SSD IS A SOLID STATE DRIVE AND HDD IS A HARD DISK DRIVE. THE DIFFERENCE IS SSD HAS GREATER SPEED COMPARED TO HDD AND AS A RESULT IT HAS GREAT RATE(250GB SSD = 1TB HDD). BUT, SSD IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NORMAL USES. YOU CAN USE HDD FOR NORMAL USES LIKE MEDIUM LEVEL GAMING, SEARCHING IN INTERNET, MAILS ETC., BUT SSD IS FOR PROFESSIONAL USES LIKE MOVIE MAKING, VIDEO FX AND HIGH END GAMING. HOPE THIS MAKE SENSE
