Gram Sabha consists of all the adult ( above 18) members of a village ( or a cluster of villages). Whereas, the Gram Panchayat is a small body whose members are elected.
2. The term ofGram Panchayat is usually 5 years, whereas Gram Sabha is a permanent body and not subject to dissolution.

2.All the adults who is above the age of 18 years or have the right to vote are the members of the gram sabha

4.They keep an eye on the workers of gram panchyat

1.Members of Gram panchyat are elected representative by the gram sabha

2.Ward members ,pachs and panchayat president are the members of the Gram panchyat

3.The members and body are elected after every 5 years

4.They hear from the Gram sabha and do the work
