Single membrane-bound: Some organelles are bounded by a singlemembrane.
For example, vacuole, lysosome, Golgi Apparatus, Endoplasmic Reticulum etc.
They are present only in a eukaryotic cell.
Double membrane-bound: Cell organelles like mitochondria and chloroplast are double membrane-bound organelles.
