Explanation -
On the basis of the presence of the nuclear materials, cells are divides into two category namely prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. In the lower organisms like the BACTERIA and the BLUE GREEN ALGAE, the nuclear membrane is absent, which are called as Prokaryotic cells.
In the Higher organisms, nuclear materials of the cells are enclosed by the proper membrane which are called as the Eukaryotic cells.
