Given : x^6 w. r. t x³

To find : differential coefficient of x^6 w. r. t x³ i

Solution :

differential coefficient means derivative

differential coefficient not necessarily constant.

let say.x^3 = t

differentiate wrt t

3x^2dx= dt

dx/dt = 1/3x^2

x^6

differentiate wrt t

6x^5dx/dt

substitute dx/dt value

= 6x^5 /3x^2

= 2x^3

2x^3 is the differential coefficient of x^6 w. r. t x³
