Hello d/dx e^x^2
is 2x * e^x^2
by the chain rule first differentiate e^x^2 and then x^2 .

y = e^x²
we know,
if a function y = e^f(x) then,
dy/dx = e^f(x).df(x)/dx , use this here

y = e^x²
differentiate with respect to x
dy/dx = e^x².d(x²)/dx
dy/dx = 2x.e^x²
