President's Rule refers to a state in India coming under the direct rule of the President of India (indirectly the PM and Union Cabinet). ... However, Governor's Rule must be officially revoked/cancelled within 6 months of imposition. Else, President's Rule under Article 356 of the Indian Constitution is imposed in J&K.
