As a biology student,

I can explain it.

Male and female gametes are different.

Man and women have 22 pair of chromosomes in common but only 1 pair of chromosome differentiates the man and the women.

Body development in men takes place at the age of 10-14 (growth of moustaches and beard and hair in puberty area as well as in arm pits can be seen)

Whereas in women the body development takes place at the age of 10-13 ( growth of hair in puberty area and arm pits can be seen)
