I've not faced this question any where.
But if u see time works evry where.Earth and even in vaccum.Well to say it's dimension, we must watch it which we can't actually.But it's unique.So it shold be 3d as it works every where.But if we see space from a different perspective, like tunneled or waved, then it will continue flowing.So there must be an otherdimension.M talking about 4d.But Einstein himself could not solve it.I can imagine only.
