Resistance is the property of a conductor which opposes or resist the flow of electrons through the electricity conducting wire.

Its SI unit is Ohm (Π).
R = V / I
and V = W / Q
therefore R = W / QI
W = ML2T-T
Q = AT
I = A
Hence by substitution we get R = ML2T-3 A-2
