There are two assumptions regarding these and electric current is of 2 types based on these:
Electronic Current: True, Charge move from -ve to +ve
Convectional Current: False, Charge move from +ve to -ve
Because, Charge means electrons (e-) and they have more conc. in -ve point than in +ve point. So Current flows or Charges move from -ve to +ve.
