Answer:

Exploitation, Black Money, Illegal activities.

Explanation:

Exploitaiton: The most significant disadvantage of the unorganised sector is that workers are exploited because there are no labour laws that apply to this sector, so workers must work for long hours without paid leave, there is no provision for pension and other benefits, and workers are paid on a daily basis, among other things.

Black Money: In the unorganised sector, all transactions are done in cash rather than through banking channels, which opens the door to black money because money transfers cannot be taken into account for and thus there is no question of taxation, assisting rich people in evading taxes, which is a loss not only to the authorities but also to the citizens of the country.

Illegal Activities: Because the government has little control over activities of the unorganised sector, there are many instances where this sector is carrying out illegal activities or business, posing a significant risk to the community as a whole. In other words, if boxing match fighters can hit an opponent anywhere and there are no rules or penalties, the boxing match becomes a deathmatch. Similarly, in the absence of government rules and regulations, the unorganised sector can do any business because there is no fear.
