Ink is Sol type of colloidal.

Sol is a colloid in which tiny solid particles are dispersed in a liquid medium.

So,
INK : --- Sol --- Type of colloid

Dispersed phase -- Solid

Dispersion Medium-- Liquid.

Inlike any other colloid the ink has it's own dispersed phase too.

The dispersion in a colloid is a system where particles flow from one phase to another to to create a perfect equilibrium.

That's why the dispersion is it two phased system. And the dispersed phase is one of those phases of the dispersion system.
