Distance is path covered by the body hence here distance would be
= 2+2+2+2+2+2
= 12m
and displacement can't be found due to lack of info.

Sunandit: i cant catch u
Sunandit: what u r sayin
Anonymous: nothing
Sunandit: tq
Sunandit: but check ur question once please
Anonymous: this is only the question

Hello

Distance is the length of the path covered by an object

Here in the figure the distance covered by the object will be AB+BC+CD+DE+EF+FG

=2m+2m+2m+2m+2m+2m

=12m

Displacement is the measurement of shortest path between the initial and the final position.

Here the initial point is A and the final point is G

The displacement will be AG

Sunandit: hehe
Anonymous: actually the question is from my book
Sunandit: oh
Sunandit: please check it once
Sunandit: ok
