The time taken to reach the earth is
3*10^9 years
= 365*3*10^9 days
24*365*3*10^9 hours

t = 29280*10^9 hours
t= 29280*60*60 seconds
t= 94608000*10^9seconds

so we t = 94608000*10^9 seconds

and
velocity = 3*10^8m/s

so
distance = speed * time
so
distance = (3*10^8)*(946080000*10^8)
so distance =2,838,240,000*10^8 m
d = 283824*10^12m
or
d= 283824 *10^9 km
