So, when looking at the graph we can conclude that $h$ is the distance of point $A(-3,4)$, $b$ is $3$ and $p$ is $4$

Also,

${p}^{2} + {b}^{2} = {h}^{2}$

=> ${(4)}^{2} + {(3)}^{2} = {h}^{2}$

=> $16 + 9 = {h}^{2}$

=> $25 = {h}^{2}$

=> $\sqrt{25} = h$

=> $h = 5$

therefore, h = 5 that is the distance of $A(-3,4)$ from origin.
