the given point is (1,2) which is on the line 2x-y=0
the distance frm the given point (1,2) to the line 4x+7y+5=0 is
                                                                  =4(1)+7(2)+5/√(4²+7²)
                                                                  =4+14+5/√(16+49)
                                                                  =23/√65
